The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. At The Skin Warrior, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products and treatments. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to return a product. Please review our return and refund policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

 

Returns:

a. We accept returns only in the case of faulty products. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

b. To be eligible for a return, the faulty product must be in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).

c. The product must be returned to us at your expense within 30 days of receiving authorisation for the return.

 

Refunds:

a. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

b. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

c. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Replacement of Faulty Products:

a. If you have received a faulty product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

b. Upon approval of your return, we will replace the faulty product and ship it to you at our expense.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

a. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for skincare products that have been opened or used, unless they are determined to be faulty.

b. Additionally, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for skincare treatments or services.

 

Return Process:

a. To initiate a return, please contact us via email with details of the faulty product and proof of purchase.

b. We will guide you through the return process, providing you with the necessary instructions and return authorization if eligible.

c. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 

Please note that this return and refund policy applies only to purchases made directly from The Skin Warrior. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return and refund policies.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
